How Can sharp Penis Pain While Urinating Be Treated?

hi doctor- I have a sharp pain i my penis- could it be a bladder cancer? or a UTI?- I got a MRI or a scan and it shows a large mass in the bladder- also I do have blood in my penis when I pee- the sharp pain in my pennie it s frequently and painfull.

Hi, I think you should undergo a cystoscopy with biopsy of the bladder mass to diagnose if it is a cancer or anything else. Get urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture and for malignant cells also.
